Second Survivor

Survivor
Urban gladiator who walks through the streets and alleys,
Social outcast never put down by the status quo ratios,
Roamin’ soldier never restrained by chains or change,
Strollin’ angel, fallen down for a new life experience,

My admiration for you is not quite limitless,
But it’s profound to a major degree reaching the pinnacles of possibility,
And I see you,
Unphased by the verbal assault and abuse,
And I see you,
How you come unscathed out of the physical intimidations,
How you escape the hectic situations,

And I wish I was like you,
Able to withstand the insult,
And put it to rest inside your soul,
Able to stay calm like the eye of any storm,
And that’s what you are,
All the two-faced people trying to beat you down,
Like the winds of a hurricane,
But you remain still,
You remain steady,
Throughout the mayday,
Not bouncing in between like bullets of ricochet,

You are the social survivor,
The absolute epitome of courage,
Able to mosey down a street phasing out all surroundings,
Like the levitating monks you have achieved a new level of inner peace,
And while you levitate above the clouds,
All these depressors in abundance are anchored to the earth,
Since ground floor zero is all they seem to be worth,

And while you keep rising,
They forever sink deeper into the slowly morphing clay,
As the time passes day by day,
They become stuck forever in their cement like ways,

And you keep rising higher,
And you have probably risen higher than Everest,
And you’ve maintained a calm calmer than I ever was,

And you wear an
Ensemble of creativity,
Ranging from GAP to American Eagle,
Because the gap between you and me,
Is like the gap between the ocean floor and soarin’ eagles,

Reality is harsh to you,
But you don’t care,
You’ve yanked your soul out of the non-fiction,
And entered the imaginary
Your destiny is a fantasy you have molded,
And sculpted into a solid pathway,
So no matter what interference you may encounter,
It can’t interrupt you who follows their crystal-like walkway,

You mind is insuppressible,
Uncontained and unconstrained by the general stereotype of the bullied,
Because you stay utterly out-of-bounds without breaking the rules,
Except you shatter laws of True and False by being in-between,

You are unique,
And if you were a poet your words would bloom like Mayflowers,
And give psychotic souls understanding by fixing their cracked minds,
With edges frayed,

And one day I wish I could meet you,
Because I need to take a lesson in your courses of understanding and resilience,
Because I see you stand so strong inside the ring,
Winning without ever lifting up a finger,
And I need a teacher in the classes of disregard and psychoanalysis,
Because I try to understand the flurry of emotions,
And disregard the chaos-brewed torment that swarms inside this miniature vessel,
But to no avail,
Because this temple does not cooperate to the fullest,

But,
Even if I never meet you,
I will survive and persevere,
Bullies should fear because I won’t be knocked down by their words,
I will stand tall for you and try to match your image,
Because my devotion and determination are an overflowing ocean of responsibility,
To my friends and to my family,
And though I am representing your image I will stay unique like you,
And I will break my own chains so that,
Someday,
I will be free of the summit,
And be able to see a new style of horizon,
Because someday,
I will see you in the clouds of Heaven.

  1. The most important quality in writer, I think, is energy, which you have plenty.
