No salami or sushi for me

With my first child, I had a huge craving for salami with cheese and teriyaki or samon sushi. So, being as I knew that I couldn't have raw meats, I went for salami. I didn't know at the time that salami is cured, not cooked. It's still in a fashion raw, but has been ground with salt and spices, stuffed in a what traditionally is animal intestines, and left to ferment. But you can't deny that salami is fan-freaking-tastic. Especially with slices from a block of cheddar. So, I went out and bought salami and cheddar. My ob bitched later.

So here I am again, with my second parasite, unable to eat raw meats and to leave my precious sashimi, sushi, and salami behind until 8 months from now. Can yal help a sister out and tell me what foods are closest to these that I can have? I'm craving sushi!!!

  1. Calafornia Rolls with imitiaion crab
    Eel Sushi is fantastic
Thin slices of deli pepperoni with chedder is amazing or have them sliced a little thick, Boars head makes a great one. So does Kroger.
You can have deli meats that are sliced fresh and most OB's won't bitch at you like if you buy the packaged stuff.
I also miso soup and Potstickers (the Ling Ling frozen kind) are comforting.
